Web X Media LLC accepts payments via Stripe, PayPal, Cash, and Bank Transfer. Users are responsible for any payment gateway charges or processing fees.
Partial payments are allowed. A portion of the payment is required during or before the consultation, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. All taxes and additional charges are covered by Web X Media LLC; no extra taxes will be billed to users.
Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:
Once the project has started, or the user has approved the demo, project plan, idea, or mind map, no refunds will be issued.
Users may request a refund if payment has been made but the project has not yet started or no confirmation has been sent by Web X Media. Refund requests must be made before the project commencement confirmation email is sent.
Final confirmation from the user is required before initiating the project. Once the project begins, no refunds will be provided.
If Web X Media delays a project by more than 7 working days without valid cause, users may request project cancellation and a full refund. Valid causes include natural disasters, severe weather, government shutdowns, lockdowns, or other emergencies beyond our control. Project delays due to such emergencies will not be eligible for refunds.
